What happens if I need to cancel a booking? Please let me know as soon as possible. I reserve the right to charge for any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Return to top.
Do I have to provide my own towels? No. I will provide you with a clean set of towels. Return to top.
Can I buy a gift voucher for my friend? Yes - see my page on gift vouchers for more details. You can pay for the gift voucher by cheque or PayPal. Return to top.
Can I pay for a gift voucher by PayPal? Yes. Contact me for details. PayPal allows you to pay for a gift voucher even if you live outside the UK. Return to top.
My company is paying - will you give me a receipt? Yes, of course. Return to top.
My company is paying - can you invoice them? I will need to have a purchase order before any treatment. After each treatement I will invoice your company. Payment terms are 15 days. I reserve the right not to do any further massage if an invoice has not been paid. Return to top.

I am pregnant. Can I still have a massage?
Massage can really help to relieve backache, shoulder discomfort and sore feet.
The massage will be tailored for you (e.g. I will avoid deep abdominal work).
If you have a particular medical condition (e.g. hypertension or pre-eclampsia) you will need to get your doctor's approval before a massage. Return to top.
Will massage hurt? Generally no. I may have to apply concentrated manipulation to any muscles which have knotted tension. This may cause some discomfort during the massage and leave a little bruising. Return to top.
What massage oil do you use? I use grape seed oil. It is light in texture, smooth and odorless. It leaves the skin with a satin finish that is not greasy. It does not affect sensitive skin types. Return to top.
How shall I pay? Cheque or cash. I can also accept payments by PayPal, if paid before the massage.Return to top.

How many massages should I have?
It depends.
Some people have regular massage as a means of coping with a busy stressful life.
Others have a course of massages to recover from a specific event in their lives.
You should feel a real benefit after your first massage.
